Pediatric Urgent Care Douglas County, CO
Pediatric urgent care for Douglas County families — without the waiting room
Douglas County has grown fast, and so has the distance between most families and a pediatric urgent care center. If you're in Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Parker, or Lone Tree at 9pm with a feverish toddler, your options are usually a drive to an urgent care or an ER bill for something that doesn't need an ER. Chicken Soup Concierge Pediatrics offers a third option: Dr. Michael Milobsky comes to you.
This isn't a nurse practitioner or a rotating on-call group. It's a board-certified pediatrician with 26 years of experience — including years as a pediatric hospitalist and ER physician in Denver hospitals — sitting on your couch, examining your child, and walking you through exactly what's going on.

Sick child in Douglas County tonight? Call 720-530-5109. Dr. Milobsky comes to homes across Douglas County, including Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, and Parker, seven nights a week.
Not sure if it's urgent-care-level or can wait until morning?
Call 720-530-5109 and ask. We'd rather talk you through it for free than have you guess.
What a Douglas County house call looks like
Common reasons Douglas County families call us for an urgent, same-day visit:
- Fevers in infants and toddlers
- Ear pain, sore throat, or suspected strep
- Vomiting, diarrhea, or dehydration concerns
- Rashes that have parents worried
- Minor injuries — falls, cuts, sports-related bumps
- After-hours concerns when your regular pediatrician's office is closed
Every visit includes a full hands-on evaluation, on-the-spot diagnosis where possible, testing recommendations, and a treatment plan - plus prescriptions called in to your pharmacy of choice.
Two ways to get care in Douglas County
One-time visit — $1,200
No membership, no contract. Ideal if you're not ready to commit to ongoing concierge care but need an expert evaluation now. Available by appointment, including evenings.
Concierge membership — $8,000/year per household
Covers every child in your home for unlimited visits — in-home, virtual, or in-office — plus wellness checks, vaccinations, and direct text/call access to Dr. Milobsky any time something comes up, not just during emergencies.
Why Douglas County families choose house calls over urgent care centers
A sick child in a waiting room next to other sick children isn't ideal for anyone. House calls mean your child stays in their own bed, you're not driving anywhere at night, and the visit isn't rushed because there's no one in the waiting room behind you.
