Welcome to chicken soup

Real care. Real connection.

This isn’t rushed, one-size-fits-all medicine. This is personal, thoughtful, whole-child care from a pediatrician who knows your family, your child’s story, and how to walk with you through every stage of the journey.

We’re not beholden to insurance companies, large systems, or hospital quotas. We work for you, and only you. That means direct access to Dr. Milobsky, extended visits, in-home or virtual options, and the time and space to truly understand what your child needs, physically, emotionally, and developmentally.

We take a proactive approach, partnering with families to support not just acute care, but long-term wellness in areas like gut health, mental health, and metabolic balance. Because we believe children deserve more than “sick visits”. They deserve a pediatrician who sees the big picture and shows up for all of it.

We’d love to meet you. Contact us to learn more at 720-530-5109.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you take insurance?

At Chicken Soup Concierge Care, we operate outside of the insurance system so we can work directly for you.  All of our medical services are included in your annual membership, which means no copays, no surprise bills, and no rushed visits.

That said, we understand that many families may wish to submit claims for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

While we don’t bill insurance for our services, we do use your insurance for the following:

    • Childhood vaccines, which we administer in-office or at-home and bill directly to your plan.
    • Annual flu shots for your child and any family members receiving them.
    • Labs or tests that are processed by outside laboratories.
  • What’s included in the membership?
    • Comprehensive, individualized well-child care, with unhurried visits and flexible scheduling that works for you.
    • Unlimited sick visits. Whether it’s a sudden illness, chronic concern, or something in between.
    • Newborn care including your baby’s first 5 visits in your home.
    • Direct access to Dr. Milobsky and our care team.
    • Virtual visits and support while traveling, so you’re never alone when something comes up.
    • Hands-on coordination with specialists. We stay connected and follow up, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
  • Do you offer house calls?

House calls are an integral part of this membership plan. In-home appointments are coordinated with Dr. Milobsky, schedule permitting.

  • What about expectant parents?

We offer complimentary meet-and-greets for expectant families who want to explore what personalized, concierge pediatric care can look like from day one.

After your baby is born, we’ll conduct their first 4 newborn visits, typically at 3–5 days, 2 weeks, and 1 month and 2 months all in the comfort of your own home.

  • What hospitals do you have privileges in?
    • Colorado Children’s Hospital
    • PSL
    • Denver Health
  • Do you provide virtual medical visits?

Yes! As a Chicken Soup Concierge member, you can message Dr. Milobsky directly including photos, videos, or questions.

In many cases, we can diagnose (or rule out) conditions without requiring an office visit or house call, saving your family time, stress, and expense.

  • What if my child gets sick when we are out of town?

Because we care for a small number of families, we truly get to know you, your child, your story, your medical history, and your values. This means we can confidently and safely offer long-distance care when needed.

Whether you’re traveling, away at college, or simply managing a concern from home, we’ll do as much as we safely can through text, phone, or video. This includes evaluating symptoms remotely, calling in a prescription to a local pharmacy, or guiding you to a nearby urgent care or ER if further testing or in-person care is needed.

  • What is your position on vaccines?

We advocate for safe, evidence-based vaccination and follow the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommended schedule. AND, we respect your decision to delay or omit vaccines based on your preferences and values.

  • Are your providers board certified?

Yes. Dr. Milobsky is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics
