Pediatric Urgent Care Castle Rock, CO
Castle Rock's own in-home pediatric urgent care
Chicken Soup Concierge Pediatrics is headquartered right in Castle Rock - which means when a Castle Rock family calls about a sick or injured child, Dr. Michael Milobsky isn't driving in from across the metro. He's local.
That matters most at the times urgent care matters most: a fever that spikes after the pediatrician's office closes, a weekend stomach bug, or a minor injury from soccer practice that you want checked out before Monday.
Dr. Milobsky has 26 years of pediatric experience, including time as a hospitalist and ER physician, so he's seen the full range of what "my kid is sick and I don't know how worried to be" can mean - and he can tell you quickly.

Why being local matters
Response time is the whole point of in-home urgent care. Being based in Castle Rock means shorter travel time to Castle Rock addresses than to anywhere else we serve — a meaningful difference at 10pm with a feverish toddler.
Our Pediatrician
Long before he was a pediatrician, Michael Milobsky was a Division I basketball player at the University of Pennsylvania — a chapter that, he'll say, taught him as much about discipline and teamwork as anything in medical school did. After graduating from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1996 and completing his pediatric residency there, he built a career as a pediatric hospitalist and emergency physician, working in hospitals across Denver after relocating to Colorado in 2000.
Over 26 years in pediatrics, Dr. Milobsky has treated everything from routine ear infections to genuine emergencies, and has pursued additional training in adolescent chronic pain, addiction, and mental health — areas he felt were too often overlooked in standard pediatric care. He's also a father of seven and grandfather of three (with a fourth on the way), which means the advice he gives parents comes from someone who has lived through the same 2 a.m. fevers and school-morning chaos.
When he's not seeing patients, he's usually lifting weights, traveling with his family, or recording an episode of his podcast on parenting and child health.
