Immediate Care Pediatrics Douglas County
Filling the gap between "wait two weeks" and "go to the ER"
Douglas County's pediatric offices are often booked out, and the ER is overkill for most non-emergency concerns. Chicken Soup Concierge Pediatrics exists for everything in between: same-day pediatric care, delivered to your home by Dr. Michael Milobsky himself - not a rotating provider or a nurse line.
Dr. Milobsky's background as a pediatric hospitalist and ER physician before moving into concierge care means the judgment behind a same-day visit comes from someone who's already seen the full spectrum of what pediatric symptoms can mean.

Built for Douglas County's growth
As Douglas County communities like Highlands Ranch, Parker, and Lone Tree have grown, local pediatric practices have gotten busier and appointment availability has tightened. House-call immediate care sidesteps that bottleneck entirely.
Our Pediatrician
Dr. Michael Milobsky has spent the past 26 years practicing pediatric medicine, with a career shaped by both depth and breadth of clinical experience. Early in his career, he worked as a pediatric hospitalist and pediatric emergency physician across multiple hospitals in Denver — experience that exposed him to the full range of childhood illness and injury, from the routine to the genuinely urgent. That foundation, he says, is what taught him to diagnose quickly and accurately, and to know exactly when a situation calls for more aggressive treatment versus watchful waiting.
In addition to his general pediatric training, Dr. Milobsky completed further coursework focused on chronic pain, addiction, and mental health in adolescents — recognizing that teenage patients often need a different kind of clinical attention than younger children, and that these issues are frequently under-treated in standard pediatric settings.
Dr. Milobsky's path to medicine began at the University of Pennsylvania, where he spent four years as a Division I basketball player while completing his undergraduate degree. He went on to the University of Maryland School of Medicine, graduating in 1996, and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center. In 2000, he and his family relocated to Colorado, where he has practiced continuously since.
Today, Dr. Milobsky is a board-certified pediatrician, the father of seven children, and the grandfather of three (with a fourth grandchild expected soon). He's also the founder of a podcast focused on parenting and child health, and is active on social media sharing pediatric guidance with families well beyond his own practice. Outside of medicine, he stays active through weightlifting and enjoys traveling with his family.
