After Hours Pediatrician Castle Rock, CO

What happens after 5pm matters too

Most pediatric offices close at 5pm, and most childhood illness doesn't politely wait until the next business day to get worse. Castle Rock families calling us after-hours are usually facing one of two bad options: an overnight ER bill for something that isn't an emergency, or a sleepless night hoping the fever breaks on its own. Chicken Soup Concierge Pediatrics offers a third option - Dr. Michael Milobsky, available evenings, nights, and holidays, coming directly to your Castle Rock home.

Being based in Castle Rock means we're not driving in from across the metro at 11pm - we're already local.

What "after-hours" actually covers

  • A fever spike after the office closes
  • A child who suddenly seems much worse in the evening
  • Vomiting, diarrhea, or signs of dehydration overnight
  • A new rash that's worrying you at 9pm
  • An injury from evening sports or play that needs a same-night look

This isn't a triage nurse reading from a script - it's a full evaluation from a pediatrician with 26 years of experience, including years as a hospital-based pediatric ER physician, so the judgment calls at 11pm are informed ones.

What's included in an after-hours visit

A complete physical exam, diagnosis, testing recommendations, a treatment plan, and prescriptions called in to a pharmacy that's open - all without leaving home.

The 2am question every parent has asked

"Is this bad enough for the ER?" Castle Rock member families tell us this is the single biggest reason they signed up for membership — having someone to ask, at any hour, instead of guessing alone.
